1. All reservation, amendment and cancellation requests should be made through our Customer Service Department ahead of service date, please contact our 24-hour service hotline 852- 2544 5550, by email cs@point-links.com or by fax 852-2545 2823.

2. All reservations, amendments and cancellations of services need to be lodged with Point Links according to Service Reservation Guideline (unless otherwise stated). Late cancellation and no show will be charged at the full standard rate regardless of whether the guest is able to enjoy the service or not.

3. All service fees must be settled prior to service date.

4. All reservations are subject to availability and the final confirmation by Point Links.

5. Urgent reservations cannot be guaranteed due to restrictions by the Immigration and Custom authorities at airports.

6. Guests must strictly adhere to rules and regulations of the airlines, and of the Immigration, Customs, Security, and Quarantine authorities. If any of these rules and regulations is breached, any loss or damage will be the sole responsibility of guests. Point Links will not accept any liability or responsibility from losses or damages arising from these actions.

7. Point Links assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the guest using the service.

8. In case of any dispute, Point Links reserves its right of the final decision.

9. Point Links reserves its right to change the information given above and the offer Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

This form collects your personal information to enable Point Links to carry out its services and for no other reason. Point Links will not share your personal information with third parties other than with Point Links’ vendors for service arrangement purposes. Point Links will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and Point Links will delete it 180 days after its service is completed. You can ask to see your personal information held by Point Links. You can also request Point Links to modify or delete your information from its records.
