  • Service amendment and cancellation requests should be made through our Customer Service Department ahead of service date. Please feel welcome to contact our 24-hour service hotline (852) 2544 5550 or cs@point-links.com.
  • Services are subject to additional surcharges (such as mid-night, late booking, and urgent amendment) and adjustment based on booking and airport condition. Cost will be quoted upon booking request.
  • Late cancellation will be charged at the full standard rate regardless of whether the guest is able to enjoy the service or not. All payment including late cancellations and no show for booked service is non-refundable.
  • Urgent reservations cannot be guaranteed due to restrictions by the authorities at airports.
    Service flow might vary due to different facilities at each airport and subject to airport authority’s approval.
  • Service availability will be subjected to airport condition on service date. Service suspension or change of service flow will be informed upon booking request.
  • Immigration Department and Airport Security Control has the final authority whether to grant priority clearance to travellers.
  • The limit of liability of Superior Travellers Services Limited (“STSL”) and any of its service suppliers in connection with the provision of the Service shall not (save in relation to death or personal injury) exceed the charge for the Service paid to STSL and no claim shall be made against STSL or any of its service suppliers in excess of this limitation.
  • In the course of receiving STSL’s services, the guest must take full responsibility for his/her words and actions, or those actions he/her requests STSL’s personnel to undertake and any consequences of those words and actions.
  • The airport VIP area is used by high-level officials and national leaders, as well as visiting dignitaries.  All guests must behave in an appropriate manner, and follow instructions given by the airport’s VIP area staff, and all pertinent regulations.
  • STSL is entitled to receive full sum of (tax-free, if applicable) service fee upon service delivery and/or in accordance with agreed payment schedule.
  • These terms and conditions are established by, and can be modified by, STSL.
  • STSL reserves the right to final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
  • In case of a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these rules and regulations, the English version will take precedence.
